This website is operated by Novano Building Products. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Novano Building Products. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. Products and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
4. Professional Use & Liability
Novano Building Products provides materials intended for construction and professional use. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse of products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure products meet local building codes and safety regulations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
2. Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Restocking Fees
Due to the weight and logistical complexity of building products, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to a documented error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
3. Non-returnable Items
Custom-cut materials or special orders.
Items marked „Final Sale“ or „Clearance.“
Products that have been installed, modified, or partially used.
4. Shipping for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate warehouse return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
