Located in Burbank, California, Avoin Complex is a contemporary multi-building development designed to balance modern aesthetics with long-term performance. With constant exposure to strong sunlight, seasonal temperature shifts, and daily wear, the façade system was selected for its resistance to UV, moisture, and environmental stress, ensuring lasting performance with minimal upkeep.
Clean Lines and Modern Industrial Form
The use of the 6” Flat Profile creates smooth, uninterrupted surfaces that enhance the project’s modern industrial character. Defined by strong geometry, expansive glazing, and balanced proportions, the façade delivers a bold yet refined architectural presence. The cladding integrates seamlessly with metal panels, glass elements, and minimalist detailing, creating a cohesive and contemporary exterior.
Warm Tone with Subtle Contrast
Golden Pale was selected to introduce a soft, natural warmth to the façade. This light wood-inspired finish contrasts elegantly with crisp white surfaces and darker metal accents, adding depth and visual interest while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
