4. Refund & Return Policy
Returns & Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom-cut or special orders are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
