Two-Step Colour Coat System
RTS (Ready-To-Use Stain)
RTS is a premium water-based stain formulated with high-stability UV pigments that resist fading, even under intense sunlight. Engineered specifically for Novano composite surfaces, it penetrates and bonds at a molecular level to achieve uniform colouration and optimal adhesion prior to sealing.
Top Coat
Once cured, a high-performance two-component clear coat is applied. This chemically hardens into a robust protective layer that stabilises the surface, enhances wear resistance, and prepares the material for sustained exposure in demanding exterior environments.
- For Decking: The same two-step coating process is applied over a homogenous base layer, ensuring consistent composition and performance throughout the board, helping minimise the visual impact of surface wear and scratches.
- For Siding and Other Applications: The system is applied over a structural composite core with a prepared base layer.

Powered by Novano ArmorTone™ Colour Technology, the system is applied over a homogeneous base layer, ensuring consistent composition and performance throughout the board. ArmorTone™ integrates colour throughout the finish system, from the base layer to the protective topcoat, rather than applying pigment only at the surface.
This engineered colour architecture helps maintain a uniform tone across the board while minimising the visual impact of surface wear and scratches over time.
Facades and Others Powered by Novano with PPG
The system is applied over a structural composite core with a prepared Novano base layer and finished with the advanced colour coating technology by PPG. This advanced coating system provides a durable colour shield and protection, ensuring consistent colour performance, resistance to environmental exposure, and long-term façade appearance across siding and cladding applications.
